Dr. Donald Kaberuka, President, African Development Bank pledged support for gender driven policies and initiatives and asked that the Nigerian government gets back the girls who have been abducted by Boko Haram. Kaberuka said that he will turn the Nigerian Girls school into a center of excellence and pledged USD20.000 from his pockets to the fund.

Participants asked the gender policies should firm and not be changed every year, and stated that the existing policies should be accompanied by financial capacities, and banks should come on board to have this happen.
