Fish fillets are easy and quick to make, the recipes are what we use always. Here is what you need and the guidelines to make the sweet fish fillets enjoy.
Step 1.
Ingredients.
- Fish fillet
- Citron
- Garlic
- Fish masala
- Mourtade de Dijon
- Maggi cubes
- Eggs
Step 2.
How to make it.
- Cut the fish fillet in small sizes
- Smash garlic
- Smear the smashed garlic over the pieces of fish
- Add in mourtade de Dijon and smear it over fish pieces
- Squeeze the citron and add in its juice
- Add in fish masala
- Add in Maggi cubes
- Add the York of the egg
- Put the smeared fish pieces on a tray and smear it with flour (farine) to hold it together.
- Put it in the boiling water for 4-5 minutes and then you can serve.
