Umubyeyi utwite cyangwa wonsa akeneye kwitabwaho byihariye. Nk’uko tubikesha imfashanyigisho ya Minisiteri y’ubuzima,ku bijyanye n’uburyo umugore utwite n’uwonsa barinda ubuzima bwabo.

Mu gihe utwite ukenera Feri cyangwa Aside Folique na nyuma y’amezi 3 nibura umaze kubyara. Nywa ibinini bya Feri mu gihe cyo kurya kugira ngo bifashe umubiri kuyakira. Koresha buri  gihe umunyu urimo iyode kugira ngo ukumire uburwayi buterwa n’ibura rya iyode harimo umwingo ku babyeyi,ubukuri,kudindira mu mikurire y’umwana n’ubuswa mu ishuri.

Egera muganga aguhe vitamin A mu gihe cy’ibyumweru 6 umaze kubyara kugira ngo umwana abashe kubona Vitamine A mu mashereka.

Hagomba isuku n’imitegurire myiza y’ibiribwa

Isuku yuzuye ni ingenzi kugira ngo umuntu yirinde indwara y’impiswi n’izindi ndwara. Koresha ibikoresho bisukuye kandi ubike ibiribwa ahantu hafite isuku. Teka inyama,amafi cyangwa amagi kugeza igihe bihiriye neza.
